This specificaton covers four grades of steel plates that are to be produced by themo-mechanically controled processing (TMCP) for use in welded construction of offshore structures.
1.2 Application of the API Monogram
If the produd is manutactured at a facility licensed by API and is intended to be suppled bearing the API Monogram, the requirements ofAnnex Aapply.
